Can the CD-ROM drive play an audio CD?

NOTE: Refer to your CD-ROM technical manual and make sure that the drive is capable of playing audio CDs.
1) Remove the CD-ROM from the CD-ROM drive, insert an audio CD, and close the drive door.
2) Do one of the following:
a) Press the play button on the front panel of the CD-ROM drive.
NOTE 1: If your CD-ROM drive is configured to autoplay CDs, the following steps are unnecessary.
NOTE 2: If 'Multimedia for Windows 95' is not installed on your computer, the following steps cannot be performed.
b) Use 'CD Player':
1] Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2] Select 'Programs' and select 'Accessories'.
3] Select 'Multimedia' and select 'CD Player'. (The 'CD Player' window appears.)
4] Click the 'Play' button.
